The Alliance for Energy Efficient Economy (AEEE) is a service organization created for the specific purpose of supporting the market development and implementation of energy-efficiency (EE) improvements in all sectors of India’s economy. Its mission is to promote the professional association of all stakeholders in the EE business by focusing on the policy issues to foster the growth of EE business and services, and facilitate market transformation for energy efficiency in different sectors of the economy, while setting the highest standards of integrity and ethical practices within the EE business.
ECO-III project is providing strategic and secretarial support at the nascent stage of its inception.

Alliance to Save Energy (ASE), Bangalore |

ASE promotes energy efficiency, a cleaner environment and greater energy security. It undertakes energy-efficiency research, policy advocacy, technology deployment, and promotes public-private partnerships and strategic alliances for energy efficiency.
Under ECO-III project, ASE has been the recipient of E Source Technology Atlas from ECO-III project. ASE is assisting ECO-III Project in promoting energy efficiency in existing buildings and municipalities in Gujarat, propagation of energy performance contracting for implementation of energy efficiency projects, development of building energy assessment guide, promotion of energy efficiency in architectural curricula, etc. ASE, DCE has provided significant and valuable support in the creation of AEEE. |

Confederation of Indian Industry, IGBC, Chennai |
| |
CII-Sohrabji Godrej Green Business Centre (GBC) is the Centre for promoting Energy Efficiency, Green Buildings, Renewable Energy, Water, Environment and Recycling and Climate Change activities in India. The Centre is a joint initiative of the Government of Andhra Pradesh, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and House of Godrej. Established with the technical support of USAID, CII-GBC is a successful model of Public-Private partnership. Indian Green Business Council, which is a part of CII - Godrej GBC, is actively involved in promoting the Green Building concept in India.
CII-GBC has served on the Evaluation Committee established by USAID under ECO-III project to help establish Regional Energy Efficiency Centers in India. USAID ECO-III project has identified twelve Non-Profit organizations (NPOs) as partners in its capacity building effort in the field of building energy efficiency. As a partner organization, IGBC is a recipient of E Source Technology Atlas Series. IRG is also closely working with CII for creating Baseline Energy Consumption Data in commercial buildings and is also offering ECBC training to CII staff. |

Conzerv partners with clients to help them meet the evolving needs of a dynamic marketplace which demands increased energy savings, better power quality, and greater environmental awareness.
USAID ECO-III Project is closely working together on institution development and, SME vities in Textile cluster at Ludhiana. It has also worked closely with Conzerv in the creation of Alliance for Energy Efficient Economy (AEEE). |

DSCL Energy Services, Ahmedabad and Delhi |

DSCLES provides consulting services in the area of energy management and undertakes of energy efficiency and renewable energy projects in India and abroad.
DSCLES is assisting ECO-III Project in promoting the implementation of energy efficiency in existing buildings, municipalities, hospitals, small and medium enterprises in Gujarat and Punjab, and propagation of energy performance contracting for implementation of energy efficiency measures and projects. DSCL has served on the Evaluation Committee established by USAID under ECO-III project to help establish Regional Energy Efficiency Centers in India. ECO-III is very closely working with DSCL for creating Baseline Energy Consumption Data in commercial buildings. DSCL serves as a core team member that has helped in the creation of AEEE. |

DuPont is engaged in production of diverse array of products, falling under five categories - Electronic and Communication Technologies, Performance Materials, Coatings and Color Technologies, Safety and Protection, and Agriculture and Nutrition. DuPont weatherization systems comprise of a vapor- breathable, tough and durable membrane that keeps insulation dry and performing effectively for a long time by minimizing condensation and other moisture-related problems. It also produces a unique moisture resistant and light-weight insulation blanket especially designed for acoustic and thermal insulation in pre-engineered buildings and industrial roofs.
DuPont has assisted ECO-III in the development of ECBC Tip Sheet on ‘Building Envelope’. DSCL has provided valuable inputs to ECO-III team in developing ECBC awareness material. |

DLF Commercial Developers Ltd. (DCDL), Gurgaon |
| |
DLF is engaged in the development of commercial and residential buildings; with a portfolio of having 32 million square feet of commercial space (developed and under development). The commercial office space options include ready-built complexes which are multi-tenanted, and the built-to-order complexes, which are tailor made to suit the specific organizational requirements of the clients.
ECO-III project and DLF are currently undertaking a pilot project in an upcoming commercial building complex being developed by DLF in Gujarat with deployment of energy efficient systems and equipment keeping in view ECBC compliance requirements, and compare the building’s energy performance with that of an identical commercial building where conventional building systems and practices are deployed as per the current construction practices. DLF is also working with ECO-III project in developing national end-use energy benchmarking data. |

NISST has been providing services to the secondary steel sector channelizing state-of-art knowledge and expertise catering to the various needs of the industries.
NISST is assisting ECO-III project by working together to promote energy efficiency in Mandi Govindgarh, a steel re-rolling mill and induction furnace cluster. |
