He is the Co-founder of “GreenTree Building Energy (P) Ltd” and leads the Energy Efficiency Team. GreenTree (www.greentree-india.com) is a consultancy company working in various verticals of Energy Efficiency Field like Energy Services (Energy Efficiency Advisory Services, Energy & Solar Simulation & Analysis , LEED/GRIHA/ECBC certification/CFD analysis), State Energy Efficiency Policy Development and Action Plan, Measurement and Verification(M&V) Services, Energy Software Development, and Training & Capacity Building for Corporates/ Educational Institutions. GreenTree is an Associate Member organization of Alliance for an Energy Efficient Economy (AEEE).
Prior to joining GreenTree, he has worked as Energy Policy (ECBC) and Communications Expert with USAID ECO-III Project. His work scope primarily covered implementation program of Energy Conservation Building Code (ECBC), ECBC demonstration project including energy simulation, Educational Curriculum Enhancement program for 20 Architectural/engineering colleges across India, ECBC awareness material (ECBC Tip Sheets, ECBC User Guide, Research Papers & Article) for public domain. He is a certified M&V professional by AEE, USA, a certified GRIHA professional from TERI, an ECBC Expert Architect empanelled with BEE and a founding board member of International Building Performance and Simulation Association (IBPSA India) , and Interim Treasurer of AEE (Association of Energy & Engineers) - Delhi Chapter. He is an IIT graduate & has also worked with Siemens Power Engineering Limited and Charles Correa Associates.
